We are currently recruiting for a leading healthcare provider in Manitoba, Canada, dedicated to delivering high-quality medical care to the community. The Clinic is focused on delivering quality primary care in-clinic and inpatient services for patients and is known for its collaborative environment, where physicians can grow professionally while making a meaningful impact on patient’s lives.
The clinic will consider suitably qualified General Practitioner Doctors who are interested in relocating within approximately 6 months’ time.
The following conditions and services are offered:
- Commitment: Full-time (40 hours/week), exclusive work for the clinic; other engagements require approval.
- Hours: Flexible: Family Medicine clinic operates Monday -Friday 0900- 1700.
- Urgent Care also operates on Saturdays from 0830 to 12:00. Extended absences need mutual consent.
- On-Call: provide additional emergency coverage as scheduled (optional).
- Billing: Clinic billing staff ensure all billing is captured and assigned; any direct payments must be remitted.
- Responsibilities: Follow policies, maintain licensure with College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba (CPSM), qualifications, insurance, and legal work eligibility.
- Facilities: Clinic and equipment provided; vehicle and phone costs are on Physician.
On offer:
You will earn a percentage on your billings which works on a sliding scale. Initially, you will receive a guarantee for the first 9 months. You will work as an independent contractor not an employee.
You will be required to handle and fund your own work permit application and registration requirements and the associated with working in the country however guidance will be provided.
